- Tennessee Code Annotated § 8-21-401 governs clerk’s fees in Tennessee and provides for standard filing fees to be paid in advance unless otherwise specified.
- Any payment remitted to the Clerk & Master must be drawn on a United States bank or credit union. Payment drawn on foreign banks is not accepted.
