WELCOME TO CHANCERY CASE INFORMATION ACCESS “CIA”
The Office of the Clerk and Master invites you to access our new online tool Chancery CIA. CIA is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide you with access to Chancery Court filings. On-line case information includes:
- Names of all parties and their counsel (if applicable)
- Events (i.e. document titles and file dates)
- Court orders
- Disposition and case information
- Dates of hearings, past and future
- Reference numbers for related cases
- Access case record information on-line
Now you can view and print documents at your desk! Currently only cases from January 1, 2009 to present are available for viewing and printing in a tiff format. Additional years’ filings will be added following review for confidential information. Follow the link below to register and start enjoying the convenience of Chancery CIA today!

How do I Subscribe for this Service?
Payments can be made in person or by mailing your check to:

Payments can be made quarterly or annually. Your user name and password will be emailed to you after payment is received.

FEE INFORMATION
CIA is provided at a subscription rate of $45 per quarter, per user ID number. Most records dating from 1997 to present may be searched online and docket sheet viewed. At this time only filings within the date range of January 1, 2009 through present are available for view and print in a PDF format. Future images will be available after review for and redaction of confidential information.
User understands to provide accurate and complete information in registering the account and will notify the Office of the Clerk and Master of any changes to that information.
User is responsible for preventing unauthorized use of the registered account.
Usage can be billed on an annual or a quarterly basis.
User understands the account may be suspended for nonpayment or misuse.
The Office of the Clerk and Master reserves the right to amend the user agreement including the subscription cost at anytime.
