Chancery Information Access (“CIA”) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide access to Chancery Court filings. On-line case information includes:
- Names of parties and counsel (if applicable)
- Events (document titles and file dates)
- Court Orders
- Disposition and case information
- Dates of hearings (past and future)
- Docket numbers for related cases
A CIA subscription allows for viewing and printing documents not under seal from the convenience of your own device. Cases from January 1, 2009 to present are available for access. Complete the form below to register and have the convenience of CIA.

How do I subscribe to this service?
Payment may be made via the online payment portal at the top right of the website. Payment may also be made by check payable to the Clerk and Master and delivered to: Clerk and Master, 1 Public Square, Suite 308, Nashville, TN 37201. Please note payment is for CIA.
A CIA subscription is $180 annually or $45 quarterly per user ID. A user name and password will be emailed after payment is received.

FEE AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION
It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete account registration information and to notify the Office of the Clerk and Master of any changes to that information. User is responsible for preventing unauthorized use of the registered account. CIA is provided at a subscription rate of $45 quarterly or $180 annually per user ID. CIA billing may be made annually or quarterly. A CIA account may be suspended for nonpayment or unauthorized use. The Office of the Clerk and Master reserves the right to amend the user agreement including the subscription cost at anytime. Most records from 1997 to present may be searched online and a docket sheet viewed. Filings January 1, 2009 to present are available to view and print.
