T.C.A. §8-21-401, governs clerk's fees throughout Tennessee and has been amended to provide for standard filing fees to be paid in advance unless otherwise specified. These changes affect fees for all clerks across the state except in Knox County.
Any Filing submitted after entry of a Final Order requires a fee of $25.00. This fee is due at the time the filing is submitted.
The following filing fees must be paid when the case is filed. IF COST BOND IS FILED, $57.50 LITIGATION TAXES MUST STILL BE PAID.
